Meet The Founder
Welcome to Tier 1 PCS! I'm Michelle McGann, the founder of this mission-driven business dedicated to connecting military members with the highest quality real estate professionals. As a military spouse for well over a decade and a mom of three, I've experienced the challenges of military relocations firsthand. With numerous Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves under our belt, I've seen it all—the good, the bad, and the downright frustrating.
After the first few moves, I realized just how challenging it was to find reliable and trustworthy real estate professionals who truly understood the unique needs of military families. Too often, I witnessed military members being treated as easy targets for quick commissions, their trust exploited by professionals who knew they lacked familiarity with the area.
Leaving behind my corporate career in project management within the medical device industry, I dove headfirst into real estate. My goal was simple: to provide military families with the kind of care and dedication I wished we had during our moves.
